Exploring Ergonomic Seating Options For The Workplace

Hello, my name is Cynthia Lockhart. I am a strong supporter of the use of ergonomic seating options in the workplace. The way workers sit directly influences their work performance for better or for worse. Sitting hunched over a desk for eight hours a day is a quick way to destroy the back muscles and ligaments. Desk workers have even slipped a disc from sitting out of alignment for the bulk of their working lives.
